Q: Who created this website?
A: I did - My name is Paul Dixon, I'm a Preston
UK based web designer and self confessed Mac Geek.
Q: What was the the idea behind Mac Links?
A: I was looking for various Mac sites and was struck
by the fact that while there are many fantastic Mac sites out there, some -
particularly blogs took quite a bit of digging to discover. Also there didn't
seem to be any sites that had particularly expansive link pages. Hopefully Mac
users will find this site useful enough to bookmark.
Q: Why not create a Mac based directory?
A: For usability and usefulness - I wanted to create a
site where the links were all featured on a single page, with a directory
you have to dig through numerous pages before you find the links.
Q: I own a Mac related site, why isn't it featured?
A: Chances are I haven't discovered it yet, send
it to me and I will see what
I can do. Also, you don't have to be a site owner to suggest
a link.
Q: Why don't you include more categories?
A: I welcome any suggestions for new category ideas - contact
me here.
Q: Are you willing to place advertising on this site?
A: Although this site does not currently have any advertising on it, I would
be willing to consider adding banner advertising towards the top of the homepage underneath
the sub menus, feel free to contact me for more information.
